Charley Connelly discusses the cleaning process of the lands of Vieques used by the Navy for bombing range and now administered by Fish and Wildlife, even though the land still belong to the Navy. He questions the logics of the studies on pollution and health issues in Vieques as well as the intentions of Fish and Wildlife in conserving heavy polluted areas. He also talks about Vieques economic development and the impact of tourism in these plans.
